Lessons are for Kew Riverside Residents ONLY/Resident guests. Note, Swim With Ruta does not provide swimming partners for two and three to one lessons.

Lessons can be cancelled within 2 weeks once the term has started, giving no less than 7 days notice in writing. The refund will be given for the remainder of the lessons originally booked. This action incurs 10% admin fee.

Swim With Ruta offers 1 make up lesson a term for a private or semi private swimming lesson (with the exception indicated in the next clause) provided that the notice for cancellation is given 24 hours prior your lesson's start time either via email or text message. A make up must be used in the same term the lesson was missed. If you have missed the last lesson of the term, the make up lesson can be arranged next term depending on availability.

In the case of two-to-one (semi private) or three-to-one lesson, no refund or make up lesson is to be offered if one of the children is unable to attend their lesson on the day, while another child (children) proceeds with the lesson as normal.

Swim With Ruta does not offer more than 1 make up lesson per term. If you do not attend or cancel any other lessons within the same term, you will be fully charged.

Swim With Ruta is no way responsible for any pool closures/denied access and lesson cancellations for those reasons. Any disruption of normal pool operation is client's responsibility.

In the event of pool closures for any reason lasting more than a week, the client has the option to either 1) resume with the lessons after the pool reopens and be fully charged for the remainder of time period the pool was closed for, or 2) terminate the lessons and receive a refund for the remainder of the lessons originally booked. This action is subject to 10% admin fee (based on the number of remaining lessons that didn't take place).

If Swim With Ruta has to cancel a lesson for any reason, a make-up lesson will be provided if available, or a refund for that lesson will be made.

Swimming lessons can be booked on an ad hoc basis during term time. Lesson days and times will be offered upon availability and at first come first served basis. Ad hoc lessons have to be pre booked/paid for a week in advance. Every booked lesson is subject to a £2.50 admin fee.

Swim With Ruta will not use, or make available any personal information that we hold to any third party not directly responsible for, or connected with the servicing of your booking. Swim With Ruta will not use your personal information except to send you related service and marketing communications. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list please reply to one of the emails you have received with UNSUBSCRIBE, and your details will be unsubscribed from the mailing list.

Swim With Ruta may from time to time change these Terms and Conditions without giving you notice, but we will use our reasonable endeavours to inform you as soon as is reasonably possible of any such change.
